The provision of internal and external refurbishment to 100 accommodation units for BHP’s Kurra Village Rectification Works. The works included plumbing refit, electrical refit, AC refit, internal re-decoration and other minor works such as painting and plastering.
Part of OTOC Australia’s successful delivery model was the direct employment of all electrical, hydraulic and civil trades, as well as use of punch lists, rolling cost and work schedules agreed with BHP. Our upgrade on the accommodation units meant BHP could house their workers in comfort while leaving the refurbishment and maintenance work to the experts.
